As the coronavirus continues to spread around the globe, we are closely monitoring the public health emergency and adhering to the guidelines from the CDC, State of New Jersey, and Township of Millburn. Our commitment first and foremost is to the health and well-being of our customers, community, and staff. We are taking all necessary precautions to do our part in stopping the spread of this virus, while at the same time determining the best way to safely serve community. We also understand the health of a one’s computer, laptop, and other smart devices is crucial right now as many of work and our children learn at home. Now more than ever, the need to have all these devices properly functioning is paramount.
Our company has implemented steps to keep both our clients and community safe. At this time, our office hours have been reduced and we are suspending in person repairs, focusing solely on remote support. The increased reliance on our devices has resulted in higher demand and our response times are longer than usual. We are asking our customers to please not visit our Millburn Avenue office as we too are working remotely, but instead write to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requests, and a technician will respond as soon as possible.
Due to the information and guidelines constantly changing, we will reevaluate these actions as the month draws to a close. Please continue to check back for any new updates and procedures. These are difficult, burdensome, even frightening times as separate, but together we navigate through this global pandemic.
